📋 Role Responsibilities
- Manage legal compliance at the corporate office
- Review and negotiate important commercial contracts (EPC, PPAs, fuel supply, purchase contracts)
- Provide legal inputs on onerous clauses and non-commercial terms
- Review legal documentation for financing contracts (bank loans, NCDs, other instruments)
- Offer day-to-day legal counsel on corporate, electricity, competition, IBC, and labour laws
- Manage legal processes, including key court matters and arbitration (excluding regulatory tribunals)
- Conduct legal due diligence and negotiate documentation in M&A transactions
🎓 Skills & Experience Required
- Law graduates with experience in corporate/commercial law
- Strong knowledge of contract drafting and review
- Familiarity with electricity laws, competition laws, IBC, and labour laws
- Experience in arbitration and M&A due diligence preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously with attention to detail
