📋 Role Responsibilities
- Litigation Management: Oversee end-to-end litigation processes, coordinate with external counsel, track hearing dates, and ensure timely filings.
- Debit Freeze & Lien Management: Serve as the DRI for processing, tracking, and resolving debit freeze requests.
- Regulatory Responses: Manage legal processes for incoming data requests from law enforcement agencies.
- Legal Notices: Oversee intake, classification, and response to legal correspondence.
- Process Execution: Implement SOPs for lien markings and debit freezes based on judicial/regulatory orders.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Internal Coordination: Act as the primary legal liaison with compliance, customer operations, and finance teams.
🎓 Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
- 4–6 years of professional experience in litigation, legal operations, or financial services
- Proven experience in litigation management and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and assertion skills
- Business acumen with interest in Web3 and crypto
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems and advanced spreadsheets
- Exceptional attention to detail and process management skills
