- Implement and review ethics, anti-corruption, sanctions, and data privacy policies

- Conduct data protection impact assessments and review data processing agreements
- Perform anti-corruption due diligence on third-party intermediaries
- Review transactions from a sanctions law perspective
- Conduct risk assessments across key compliance areas
- Support other legal and compliance initiatives as assigned
