This role focuses on reviewing and managing confidentiality agreements (NDAs) across multiple jurisdictions, supporting multinational business operations and legal technology platforms.

📋 Role Responsibilities
- Review, redline, and finalize NDAs using established playbooks and escalation protocols
- Understand nuances across NDA types (M&A, RFP/procurement, client NDAs – mutual vs unilateral)
- Ensure consistency with global standards while adapting to jurisdictional requirements
- Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders for timely turnaround and risk mitigation
- Administer legal systems (e-billing, DocuSign, contract lifecycle management, HighQ, ContractSafe)
- Support occasional contract reviews beyond NDAs
- Assist with process documentation and system improvements
🎓 Skills & Experience Required
- Law degree and license to practice in India
- 3+ years of experience in contract review (multinational or in-house preferred)
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and global contract structures
- Experience with legal operations tools (DocuSign, HighQ, ContractSafe, e-billing platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Pragmatic, business-oriented approach to legal risk
