- Position: Associate General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer

- Education: JD degree or foreign equivalent
- Eligibility: Indian nationals only
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Snap’s compliance with India’s IT Act and Intermediary Guidelines
- Serve as Chief Compliance Officer for Snap India
- Coordinate with law enforcement, government agencies, and internal teams
- Monitor evolving regulations in privacy, content moderation, and digital ethics
- Implement global integrity programs across APAC and EMEA
- Conduct regional risk assessments and support compliance ambassadors
- Travel quarterly to global headquarters and support emergency matters
✅ Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in English and at least one Indian language
- Experience with government liaison and regulatory frameworks
