📋 Role Overview – Legal Job in Noida
- Position: Junior Legal Trainee – Contracts & Government Tender Support
- Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)
- Experience: 0–1 year (internship or training in corporate legal work)
- Qualification: LL.B. (5-year or 3-year) from a recognized university
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Review and vet contracts for legal and regulatory compliance
- Draft and revise corporate agreements and legal documents
- Assist in documentation for government tenders
- Maintain accurate legal and compliance records
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely submissions
✅ Who Should Apply?
- Fresh law graduates or candidates with up to 12 months of corporate legal exposure
- Basic understanding of contract law and tender processes
- Proficiency in MS Word (Track Changes) and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good communication and multitasking abilities
