📋 Role Overview
- Position: Legal Associate
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Experience: 2–3 years in corporate legal roles
- Qualification: LL.B. from a reputed law school
- Industry: Technology & Internet Services
📝 Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, vendor and partnership agreements
- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and data protection laws
- Advise business, HR, and finance teams on legal matters
- Support company secretarial work and policy drafting
- Manage compliance audits and risk assessments
- Collaborate with external counsel on litigation, IP, and regulatory issues
- Assist in fundraising and due diligence processes
✅ Ideal Candidate
- 2–3 years of corporate legal experience (startup exposure preferred)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Business acumen and solution-oriented mindset
