🔹 Litigation Manages
- Draft replies to legal notices and pleadings
- Handle commercial disputes and consumer complaints
- File and pursue criminal complaints with authorities
- Liaise with external counsels and attorneys
- Maintain litigation records and update legal portals

- Draft and negotiate lease and leave license agreements
- Conduct property due diligence
